Don't forget, new forms and fees go into affect April 1

Posted on 3/25/2013

For a refresher of what's changing, read on.

Effective April 1, 2013, new forms with a revised offering of tiers for bulk submissions will be used. All notes shipped to PMG after March 31, 2013, should be accompanied by the new submission form. To request the new forms, please call 1-877-764-5570 or email service@PMGnotes.com.

This is the first time PMG has created one form to accommodate both US and World Notes and the intent is to create a more user-friendly submission experience.

Please note: It is very important that US and World notes are still submitted on separate submission forms. Submission forms listing both US and World notes are subject to an adjustment fee and additional grading time.

PMG has revised its Bulk Submission tiers with the hope of making submitting easier. The new maximum value for bulk submissions is $500.

Some other service changes will also go into effect. The $5 attribution fee for notes submitted without a catalog number will now apply to all submissions, not only bulk submissions. The fees for Unlimited WalkThrough submissions have changed as have the fees for Variety, Pedigree and Oversized Holder. Please refer to the chart below for more details on these and all other 2013 service revisions.
