PMG scores each note and grade individually, creating the most accurate
structure for registry scoring possible. Note that there are often notes on
both the low and high ends of the grading scale that we score as a 1. On the
low end this usually denotes grades that fall below the most commonly collected
grades. On the high end, this often represents notes that had a zero population
at the time of scoring. Over time, these conditions change, so please let us
know if you see something that needs correcting.
We appreciate any feedback on our scoring.
