This set represents the complete collection of the small size $5 legal tenders consisting of all series, blocks, varieties and stars. I consider this to be my No. 1 set in the PMG registry and currently in 1st place as of November 2023. Started building this set over 8 years ago and it's been quite a challenge to find and then later upgrade some of the better rarities. Some of the highlights of this set are my 1928E HA block mule with BP # 637 in 66EPQ and a 1928E HA block mule with BP # 629 in 35EPQ. A 1928 plain DA block in 65EPQ. A 1928C FA block in 68EPQ and a 1928D in 67EPQ. A 1928D mule in AU 58. 1928C FA and GA block mules in AU grades. Some rare star notes such as the 1928B mule star, 1928C mule star and a 1928F Wide II star.
