Owner's Description

This lower grade Federal Reserve Bank Note from the 1915 Series is rare and expensive, and not one of my favorite designs.

I bought this on eBay in July 2014 and it was already graded by PCGS as 15PPQ. It regraded at PMG at 20 but no EPQ. I would say it is fairly graded, and it was nice to get a bump on the numerical grade at PMG, even though it did not get the EPQ designation. I really don't see how it got the PPQ designation at PCGS, as the reverse looks pretty worn.
