Owner's Description

Orwell, VT The First NB Ch. # 228 PMG 25 $20 1929 Ty 1 SN E000053A pp K1/112. This is the only $20 listed in Kelly. The Cashier's signature looks like a vortex, but is that of D.L Wells while the more legible signature is that of W.B. French, President. This note compliments my Original Series Lazy Deuce from Orwell.
