My name is Harvey and I am a Numisaddict.
I started coin collecting as a kid in the early 60's. Just minor stuff. But living in Leonardtown, Maryland in that time was not the place to be for coins. Thru the years I picked up a coin here and there, some proof sets and Commems. Then in 2004, I discovered slabbed coins.
I am mainly working on my collections of US Liberty Half Eagles, Qtr Eagles, 1856, 1891 and 1899 Mint Sets and Gold Type Set. Things yellow!
I lately have gotten into growing orchids. It is a fascinating hobby and is addictive in nature too. There is always another orchid to buy. Just like coins.
BTW- I don't participate in social media (Facebook etc).
