History Student's Bio
Grandfather traded stamps with Franklin D. (FDR) Roosevelt; and the King of England, George VI, (the same king in "The King's Speech" a fantastic drama movie - who actually was the current Queen Elizabeth II's FATHER - and she loved the movie) back in 1935.

He had left me an extensive starter collection of stamps, some coins, and his Scott's Catalog of World Postage Stamps 1935.

BTW - Grandpa's COIN collection saved him from paying over a few million dollars in medical fees (inflation added).

I always loved collecting stamps and then coins.

In fact, a large part of my coins were in PCGS, ANACS, and ICG slabs that would not register in the competitive sets due to the ancient coin age (pre 1700 A.D.) and PCGS coins NOW not allowed.

So I added some duplicate sets to make the 1/3 that I lost from the old days.

Have personal joy, peace, and love. Keep collecting and happy coin trails to you...
