I've been a collector since 1958 while I was in the Navy. San Juan PR was a favorite Liberty port and I always found interesting coins there. Most of my finds were disposed of in 1965, walkers, standing liberties a few morgans that were doubles. I to was caught up in the "silver" sell off and sold all my franklins, 4 1967 Canadain comms. sets with the $20 gold, rolls and rolls of mercurys and war nickles. I got hooked on the kennedy's in 1964 like most and have a large collection of mint sets . Look over my list and you will see I have a wide range of coins all of which will pay for my grand-daughters college in about 8 years. Yes I have her hooked and collecting so Iam not to sure if she will want to sell the whole collection!
