Rhonda Berenne--->silver dollar collector...and more
I first became interested in coin collecting at an early age, probably when i was 10 yrs old. My grandmother owned a small diner in NY, and she used to serve lunches and dinners to the men who worked at nearby places of manufacture. A spaghetti dinner at that time cost $1.25. Well, she started collecting coins while running her business, and I was fascinated with the coins she collected. As I grew, she gave me the collection, which I still have, although the coins I have of hers are ungraded Morgans, Kennedy halves,Jefferson nickels, Franklin halves,...etc.
So, I guess the collection is now a second generation collection,which I have expanded on. Someday, I'll get the Morgan and Peace Dollars she gave me graded, but until then...watch my collection as it grows,and I hope you enjoy the collection I put together as much as I will enjoy putting it together.
I'd love to meet any collector who would like to help me get started, or even to just "talk coins"
