Stan Standridge's Bio
I'm Stan and am a 55 year old, grandfather of 4 and father of 2 still married to my bride of 30 years, who enjoys collecting many things. To date this is the collection I enjoy most. Completing even the smallest of sets is gratifying to me. To date, my favorite coins to collect are those that have a change in design that have a short mint run such as the 1999 - 2008 state quarters, 2004 and 2005 Jefferson nickels, 2007... Presidential Dollars, 2009 Lincoln cents, 2009 territory quarters, 2009... Native American Dollars and the new 2010... America the Beautiful Quarters. I also like double strike mint errors. My favorite set of coins to date are the silver PF70 State Quarters. My first complete set of coins was the 2006 Slver Eagle Anniversary Set. I've collected coins for years but started to get serious about it in 1999. I am also an avid fisherman, hunter, and hot wheel collector.
