The last 1/4 piastre of the Cyprus Colonial Collection was issued in 1926 in an enormous quantity (360.000), and differs from the previous issues on metal composition.
OBVERSE: Crowned bust of King George V facing left.
REVERSE: 1/4 within a beaded circle.
ENGRAVER: Obverse: Edwar Bertram MacKennal. Reverse: Leonard Charles Wyon.
DIAMETER: 21 mm
WEIGHT: 2.91 g
EDGE: Plain.
METAL COMPOSITION: Copper 95.5%, Tin 3%, Zinc 1.5%.
MINTAGE: 360,000
RARITY: Can be found in all grades, but with much difficulty in high grades.

Vibrant bright red colour with superb detailed strike and full original luster.
NGC pop shows only one coin in MS63RD.
