Owner Comments:
My highest grade for a partial collar error to date! (At least in my collection.) I wish that NGC listed errors in their census to help make it easier for error collectors to get a sense of what may be out there at least in regards to the graded examples. This is also the first South Carolina error out of the two in my collection.
