ABRAHAM LINCOLN & ANDREW JOHNSON 1864 : FREEDOM TO ALL MEN ; Obv. Bust of Lincoln to left, Inscription around "LINCOLN & JOHNSON UNION CANDIDATES. 1864". Signed W.H.KEY (engraver) at truncation. / Rev. Inscription around, "FREEDOM TO ALL MEN. UNION"enclosing small raised bust of Washington on a radiated five-point star, in a field of 13 smaller stars. Struck by William Key of Philadelphia. "Classic Lincoln reelection piece that makes reference to the emancipation of the slaves. Top drawer example with bright original patina and excellent detail."
