1862 Copper Nickel Indian Head Cent - Double Struck - First Strike on Center. Second Strike 85% Off Center at the 2 o'clock position. The second strike has obliterated most of the date. A portion of the 2 in the date survived, which along with the Copper-nickel composition ensures an 1862 date. LIBERTY is blurry but is complete. Tan-brown in patina with a few unimportant abrasions.
