Owner Comments:

Flavius Valerius Aurelius Constantine, also known as Constantine I or Constantine the Great, was a Roman emperor.
Flavia Julia Helena, also known as Saint Helena, Helena Augusta and Helena of Constantinople, was a concubine (or perhaps wife) of the Roman Emperor Constantius Chlorus and mother of their son Emperor Constantine I.
The Byzantine liturgical calendar, used by the Eastern Orthodox Church and Byzantine Rite Eastern Catholic Churches, honors Constantine and his mother Helena as saints on May 21. Although he is not included in the list of saints of the Latin Church, which honors several other martyrs for the Christian faith with the name of Constantine, he was awarded the title "Great" for his contributions to Christianity.
