She-Hulks first issue, notice how the cover pays homage to her cousin's cover. Also Jennifer is the only person to call Bruce "Doc". No tranformation in this issue. Point of refernce if in the age of Ultron event Ultron kills Bruce before he becomes the Hulk, then She-Hulk couldn't come into being because it was Bruce's blood that gave her powers.
