Signed by Larry Hama - LOGO variant (which means someone at the printer forgot to put "Marvel" at the top of these books!) The Joe team is sent in to solve a hostage situation. They discover that Scrap Iron and the Cobras are actually stealing information as cover up for the local corrupt politicians.
