Owner's Description

Single highest grade and only graded example of this issue. A little out of my wheelhouse but since it is scarce in any grade and only 1 graded at all I figured a good addition to my collection. At the time of this writing, only 3 Fightin' Navy comics have been graded. This copy in 8.5, a copy of 109 and 116 both in 9.6 grade.
