Synopsis:
The aftermath of the assault on Cobra Island threatens to destroy G.I. Joe! The Joes must somehow bust their leader Hawk out of a high-security "hospital" crawling with heavily armed federal agents. But if they do, the vindictive Senator Hegel and General Malthus will have even more ammunition to discredit the Joes!
