Synopsis:
An all-out war breaks out on Cobra Island. Serpentor's forces are trapped in the freighter surrounded by Fred VII and the Baroness's troops. Serpentor has an ace in the hole in Dr. Mindbender who uses the black box stolen by the Star Viper to get the American government helps them. The government calls in the G.I. Joe force to support Serpentor.
