Owner's Description
Part of the 1997 Scooby Doo series run. Rich Henn held a private signing with Don Perlin in June of 2022. As Don no longer does convention appearances, this was the only chance to have Don sign the four comics he worked on for Scooby Doo.

Note: This was part of the two year window that Joe Staton did his smaller remarques with a black box around the figure like a picture frame. 2021 & 2022 remarques have a black box around the character. Starting back in 2023, Joe does a black or some type of scribbling around the remarque to help project it better on the cover, and they are larger than previously done in 2021 & 2022. Prior to the pandemic, Joe did very small remarques without a window.
As of the time of this writing; (6/25/23) This is the sole copy in the CGC Census in any type of label.
