I've often wondered how one determines whether a "slight amount of color touch" is determined to be restoration or a kid with a marker. I have a book with writing on the cover and it has a blue label. I don't see the need for a purple label and squat for points unless it is thought to have been done for deceptive purposes. Would have to be a lot of color touch on this one to make a difference.
