I found this and decided to bid on a higher counter part only to find out it was a different issue number but with the same cover. It just so happened to be issue 10 with a fifteen cent cover. There seems to be no reason why I go after a point five, but it seems that after I do I like to look into them and the possibility of going after another...although in a better grade. I did find another copy of this that looked beautiful except for the holes cut out for a three ring binder.
