The 7th issue of Harvey's Witches Tales run is one of the toughest to find in very high grade, and this Near Mint 9.2 File Copy is the highest graded and 1 of only 2 examples ever certified by CGC at this top tier. The bizarre bondage/monster cover is a great example of the earlier issues in this run, and the inside features the typical top-notch artist lineup this series enjoyed, including Bob Powell, Rudy Palais and Howard Nostrand.
