Owner's Description

While I have this 9.6 Qualified copy in my primary registry set due to its points, my undercopy may be the prize of the set. It's a 9.2 Universal, which at the time of its grading was the only non-Qualified copy of the census and the only unsigned copy I've ever seen. I picked it up on a random ebay auction in 2013. A 9.4 has non-qualified has since surfaced.
