This is the extremely rare, limited edition (LE250) second printing of the Wizard World Portland 2013 exclusive edition. The purple TWD logo distinguishes it from the first printing which had a red logo.
The convention was held 22-24/2/2013 at the Oregon Convention Center.
CGC census 2/2020: 76. One @8.5, one lower @8.0 and 74 higher. There are 2 @9.9 and one @10/Gem.
