Owner's Description

1st "Star-Thief" 30 Cent Price Variant in 9.0! Awesome cover, very trippy. I originally didn't like this character (Warlock), but the Thanos stories involved are undeniably cool. Highly sought after villain makes for a much needed "HERO!" Having fun collecting comics here, got a package people! Love the fun that can be had in niches, and not always do we get to find stuff still priced comfortably these days. I love this cover, among other Warlock space covers. That means he can breathe in space, or at least survive space, which is fun for Marvel. I hear tale that Superman has to hold his breath. Given that Jim Starlin created Warlock, among others that are famous in their own right, he should have final say in at least the Thanos and Warlock characters. Keeping these comics published and out the door, with that old school vibe. "Warlock" is still getting in the lessons when he's trying to sort it all out how to handle events. Then he relies on those same circumstances to figure out his tutelage, as he is a "newly formed adult!" "Getting his monicker from being 'created' somewhat in a 'lab' to figure out himself for himself as to who or what is 'his' purpose!" Odd that he'd go with an evil magic type, beware of one creating within inner struggles that are better left for FAITH to figure out! Are his current difficulties the root of the issue?

Complete with a back cover picture of the shirt given at the movie "Valerian: and a City of a Thousand Planets!" A prescreen that served its day to show space, its business with those who try to police the cosmos, much like Warlock and taking to task a star thief. Intergalactic. Planetary. Planetary, Intergalactic! Another dimension, another dimension! Well, now, don't you tell me to smile. You stick around I'll make it worth your wild! ~ Beastie Boys
