Owner's Description
Quicksilver Appearance, a Half Price Books find, and the grade reflects that, although it was fun reading it! Spider-man faces the Speedster! Yes, some serious tanning in the grader's notes, but who doesn't love that cover. That Quicksilver runs with the best of them, if they could only get him on the good guy's side. The speedster has been in Marvel shows, but the development of the characters back story and transition from the wrong side to personal growth in comics by this issue has only been briefly explained. What a team that would be and useful too, given his heritage being the son of Magneto who has a whole bunch of would-be combatants. This isn't the same kind of psychological bad guy. There could be reasoning. Yes, if you can get one to slow down and talk, but the jabs keep on coming. I hope Spidey doesn't hang it up.
Complete with a back cover picture of the trading card from the 90's and Quicksilver pondering his emotions for comparison. He learned to think for himself as a good guy! "Got to go Fast! Faster, faster, faster" ~ as a Hedgehog once said!
Grader Notes:
heavy cover tanning;
very small crease right bottom of front cover breaks color;
very small, multiple chip out left center of back cover.
