Owner's Description

Death of Phoenix! A real tearjerker if there ever was one, in any media! The comic book men TV show guy with the goatee admitted to tearing up in store, when reading off the rack upon distribution. My brother teared up at the cartoon! Having watched both events with my eyes, I teared up at both the telling by both the "comic book men guy" and my brother's emotions. All our hearts grew 3 sizes! A somber tale that makes you realize the value of a soul, a friend, and the life that dwells within us all, and how precise that love can be quenched or given life. All the written part of Phoenix that comes to bare! In this is the climax of the potential for Jean Grey, and the X-men are decisive on the pardon, which is the focus of the story. These comics were a relatively recent event, when the animated series started only some 10 years later. That can be a whole lot of exuberance that ran the entire TV show.

Complete with back cover picture of the Marvel Cards retrospective of how Jean Grey was represented in the cartoons. This was mostly early 90's and how I know her!

Grader Notes:
light bends to cover;
light spine stress lines to cover;
very light creasing to cover.
