Owner's Description
Flash is hauled off as an outlaw in the Vandal of Central City. This is the one of two 9.8s and the only one with white pages as of August 2019. The book was initially owned by another friend who sent it to auction as a 9.6. It returned to the market a few months later as a 9.8, as some buyer with a shrewd eye-or inside access to CGC-bought a slew of 9.6s from my friend’s collection, which ended up as 9.8s. I had long owned the other 9.8, but bought this one because of the page upgrade in the July 2021 CL Auction. I really hate it when that happens.
