The storyline follows the Joker as he steals a valuable clown mask from a museum and the museum's curator incorrectly identifies the thief as The Creeper. When Jack Ryder learns of this false accusation, he transforms into the Creeper and goes looking for the Joker. Hijinks ensue, that (as always with this series (classic CCA)) culminates in the Joker going to jail.

Personal notes:
My wife gave me this comic as a birthday present. While I will grab a higher-graded copy of this book if the opportunity presents itself, this particular copy will always stay in my personal collection. My wife is not into comics, she is not a collector, and she is very conscious of making wise financial choices. So, her purchase of an expensive comic book that is specifically within the scope of my collecting focus is an awesome representation of how well she knows me, and her unconditional love and support for me. That is what I see the most when I look at this particular book in my collection.
