Summary: Cap searches the streets of Harlem for his old friend the Falcon who is on the run from the police. The Falcon was framed by a new criminal organization called The Diamonheads. Cap gives Falcon his costume so he can escape. Cap and Falcon fight the Diamondheads and clear Falcon's name. Diamonhead is revealed on last page to be Rocky The Lynx.
