Our WP 9.8 comes from the Signature Series and is the single highest graded copy among that subset-along with being tied for highest graded overall. It was signed by Neil Adams in 10/11/2011. But it’s not just an ordinary signature, it includes a very cool caricature of the Flash in a silver sharpie that is barely visible if you aren’t looking for it because of the placement on the grey arches. It’s without a doubt, the best comic book signature I have ever found!
