Owner's Description

Issue #58 features Giant-Man squaring off against a much larger Colossus. The issue also features appearances by Captain American and the Magician. For 12 years we owned a 9.4 copy of this issue, which was bested by two 9.6s and two 9.8s. We looked hard for any of those four books to appear on the market, but if any of them did, we missed it. Eventually, this 9.6, which was just graded in 2023, emerged from the Greenwich Collection, which was auctioned off by Heritage on 8/10/2013. We would have liked to have gotten it cheaper for sure, but after waiting this long, we had to have it-and paid dearly.
