Ding, DING! It's Round #2 for the battle between our favorite wall-crawler and the former head of Galactus Firelord! Really, can a spider-powered hero take on one that had held the power cosmic? Well, if the cover is to be believed then maybe he can! Face it true-believer, our hero has a tough one to handle in this issue!

Again the cameos are a-plenty! Here we get cameo appearances by the Avengers, Joe Robertson, and J. Jonah Jameson. Avengers Lineup: Black Knight, Captain America, Hercules, Starfox, and the Wasp!!!

Another somewhat tougher issue to find in 9.8. There's currently 100 less in that grade than the prior issue out there! :-o
