This is a variant cover by Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld. Rob did a great job on his return to Deadpool. One of the big "knocks" against Rob in the comic community is that he doesn't draw feet. Well, Rob lives up to his reputation with this variant cover, not even drawing feet for Dogpool.
