The Man who stole Central City. This is the single highest graded copy and the first 9.6 in the Flash run in his own magazine.
9/2019: The above statement of being the first 9.6 is no longer true, but it is still single highest graded and one of my favorite covers.
Purchased in the December 2010 Pedigree Comics auction.
2023 Update: Still King!
2024 Update: I am not sure when it happened, but there are now two 9.6s in the census, so our book is no longer single highest graded.
