Picked up for $14 on ebay. Features the first appearance of Andreas Von Strucker, Swordsman!
Andreas Von Strucker is the son of Baron Strucker and the twin brother of Andrea Von Strucker. While in-utero, Andreas and his sister were bio-enginered to have superpowers. As a result they must be in skin to skin contact with each other to use their powers. They usually accomplished this by holding hands. After Andrea's death Andreas, who was being controlled by the Purple Man at the time, flayed off some of the skin from her corpse and preserved it so he could continue to use his powers. He then wrapped some of it around the hilt of his sword. While being controlled by the Purple Man, Andreas was sent to kill Baron Strucker. While attempting this, Baron Strucker was also attacked by Wolverine, who was at the time being controlled by a splinter group of HYDRA, called the Dawn Of the White Light. Andreas protected his father and also prevented him from killing Wolverine. When Andreas managed to free himself of Purple Man's hold, he joined the Thunderbolts. Synopsis courtesy of comicvine.com!
