1971 CGC 9.6 WP (census 35/276, second highest graded behind only six 9.8's), paid $358.00 on 02/22/2011, graded 09/21/2009 (same grade previously sold on ComicLink 11/17/2010 for $1015.00!); Iceman appearance (his first since X-men #66…the last original X-men story before the reprints began). 550 points.

ITEM! We sure hope you caught Spidey’s recent ish #92 - the one featuring Iceman. The reason we mention it is that our chilly little cherub was such a smash hit in that yarn that we’ve been toying with the idea of giving Iceman a strip of his own. So, as soon as we can find an artist and writer who can stand the temperature (Ouch!), don’t be too surprised - !
