Owner's Description

Issue 114 - This one man tank stopper takes on some of the Joe's heavy equipment, but just before the final showdown, the hostilities in Trucial Abysmia are called off, as the Emir of Benzheen has made a deal with Cobra in exchange for the pullout of all troops. On Cobra Island, Cobra troops inspecting the old freighter discover that most of them have died from food poisoning. Zartan and Billy are the only apparent escapees.
