Owner's Description

A seldom seen theatre of war highlites this cover. It is the only issue in the OAAW 1-80 run to definitely show the desert war. (issues 44 and 63 are the other possible desert war cover candidates)
Why DC choose not to have more covers like this is unknown but my guess to the likely reason is that the publisher figured that desert war covers depicting flat sandy landscapes would not stand out to potential customers when for sale in the store racks
