Owner's Description
There were two silver age comic books that I was drawn to immediately this was one of them. The first time I saw it graded was at the Philadelphia Comic Con. It was a 9.2 for $5200. To be honest I did not know much about graded comic books at the time. I was just starting to stick my toe into the water. I passed for two reasons, my ignorance...and my lack of finances. Sub-Mariner was a character from my childhood so I was drawn to this cover. How could the King of Atlantis fight a blind guy, even if that blind guy was Matt Murdock.
This is my fifth copy of this book, in this grade. I do have a 5.5. And I have one more on the way.
Plot Description from CLZ
Krang goads Namor into returning to the surface world to claim the Atlantean heritage. Unfamiliar with surface customer, Namor decides to hire the first lawyers he can find, which happen to be in the offices of Nelson and Murdock. When they find themselves unable to build a case with no documentation or precedent, Namor leaves, destroying random places and objects to have his day in court. Before that day comes, Krang tries to start a rebellion, forcing Namor to go home early, destroying anything or anyone who gets in his way. Daredevil does what he can to minimize the damage.
