Set Description:
Ultimate Iron Man felt like a big deal when it was coming out.
The Ultimate Marvel universe was incredibly popular and re-freshed the characters without stepping on the 616 material, and Orson Scott Card was a respected science-fiction writer.
The story itself paid off well enough - but hard core Iron Man fans felt that Tony's "brain-skin-body" was an unnecessary explanation for his intelligence.
In the long run, the story is still a decent casual read, and you can never go wrong with Kubert art.
