Nova! The 70's were Awesome! The 80's were as well! What the 70's something era set up, was to keep watching the sky's and we'll see the Nova Richard visit us in the power of a star! Onward. These issues last well long into the years. If I were born before my time, this is one series that I'd be sure to have picked up. It isn't that space is so inviting, but the written pieces that talk of space can be a special place of reasoning and wording causing great imagery. It is always nice to learn of something "new."
Many a series in comics, with iterations only now being discussed in film. The 70's had it all and were coming off the high of landing on the moon, many ways to discover the realities and dream of a new future!

Not only did humans only 7 years earlier complete a trip to land and walk around on a celestial body, but we were also already thinking of harnessing the power of one to be used as a hero's source of power, in comics of course. Could all these ideas so newly realized prove a reality? It was the gaseous space within our brains that expanded the earth to us as well and where we sit and have place within this universe. Smaller and smaller turned bigger and bigger, to look up for comfort among the ones who had directed us in ships, map taking, and overall direction toward one place, the heavens! We still have a lot of the oceans, but as a final frontier, at least we have made headway but is so vast it hardly seems a foot in the door but to stay earthly minded. Being down to earth proved to be good as salt, which savored a character even from above in the likeness of the outer limits.
