FRONT: Center, in a cartouche, is displayed the national Coat of Arms, the Tryzub (trident). Around the cartouche is a floral wreath. At the top is printed "Ukrainian People's Republic". At the bottom is printed the denomination, left and center, and two cornucopia, right, from which the wreath originates.

BACK: A single, straight line, border. Within the border a Tryzub displayed at the top, below the Tryzub is printed "Walks on par with the ringing coin.".

NOTES: Printed in Kyiv. Pick lists one variety, imperforated, # 10b. There is also a contemporary counterfeit known, and once submitted, would presumably be #10x. Printed on white cardboard, without gum, and perforations added at the end of the printing process.

Stamps of the same designed were issued on gummed white paper, without perforations, and no back design.

Specimens were printed and released on a uniface cardboard sheet, all front designs were display along with a single back design of the double boarder.
