Maryland $1/2 MD-42 PMG G-4: Jan. 1, 1767 Resolution Set #6 / 1st Series to use Dollar Denomination

This MD-42 $1/2 Dollar is an uncommon issue and is only one (1) of six (6) known graded specimens. Graded as PMG Good 4 with a unique backing on the reverse for stability from a piece of colonial newspaper. Splits and tears are evident that is not uncommon for lower denominations due to heavy use.
