Owner's Description

West Alexander, PA The Peoples NB Ch. # 8954 PMG 20 $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 618 SN 1776/H837812A pp D/198 dtd. November 6, 1907. PMG noted Pinholes and Soiling on this tough Washington County bank. Faded signatures, but W.B. is clear for Cashier W.B. Gilmore who was paired with E.M. Atkinson through most of the date back era (1908-1914).
