Owner's Description

Philadelphia, PA The Tenth NB Ch. # 3423 $5 1902 PB Fr. 599 PMG 25 SN 42424/M801335H pp H/1112 Radar Bank SN. Despite its title, over three dozen national banks had received a charter in Philadelphia before the Tenth opened its doors in 1885, creating an interesting anomaly. Nevertheless, it remains in great demand by the numerical title collectors. This is an evenly circulated VF example with a very appealing "radar" serial number of 42424. A short 42 repeat--answer to life the universe and everything here.
