Owner's Description

Some of the Federal Reserve Notes that seem very common end up being less common than one might think. I always check populations of star notes for all denominations, especially if they are graded uncirculated or I find them in my change! I have found 5-10 star notes in the past year from ATM'a change...etc..plus the tellers at the bank always look out for me. I gave all of them a silver dollar so they put the stars aside for me. Usually they are worth face value but sometimes I'll get one with an unusual serial number of from a fresh pack.
