Owner's Description

Only 12 graded! Ten of the PMG graded notes were the same grade as this note and 10 were graded higher at 67. These type of notes, should be incredibly common, but the likelihood of notes appearing in this condition will probably be low. Is this a bargain for ten years down the road or is this a note that will never be coveted and will always retain a low selling price? Only time will tell.
